We ordered from Applebee's through DoorDash, and unfortunately, the burger we received was raw—undercooked and unsafe to eat. Additionally, every time we've ordered, they seem to forget an order of fries, which makes us question whether the kitchen staff or the person packing the bags can count properly. We've had issues with raw food multiple times, and since we go through DoorDash, we can't get a refund. We definitely don't want to risk getting sick from undercooked food. Because of these experiences, we will not be ordering from Applebee's again. Be careful if you choose to do so!
Other than my girlfriend discovering a beard hair in her burger, everything else we had was delicious. The manager was very accommodating and promptly apologized for the incident.
Cold food, dirty cutlery, dirty floors , worst experience. Dont go here if you value yourself. Edit: The manager came over smelling of alcohol and the little blonde girl had the worst attitude. This is our go to place to have dinner on our nights out. Food is always perfectly cooked amazing. The manager Corey always makes sure you have everything you need, always goes above beyond. The staff is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home. We will most certainly be back again again!
