The staff was friendly and polite, and the food arrived as ordered without any issues. However, there was an unexpectedly long wait time, which I believe wasn't the server's fault. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Wendy's offers food quality that surpasses all other fast food chains. In Jacksonville, IL, the service was excellent, and the staff was both friendly and helpful!
We arrived at 9:30 PM, just half an hour before the dining room was closing. I overheard the cashier mumbling to himself about how customers always come in just before closing time.
The Jalapeño Spicy Chicken with Ghost Fries was outstanding. Prepared perfectly!
