While the food is quite good, the attitud... read more We visit this restaurant fairly regularly, but regrettably, we are consistently let down by the unfriendly management. While the food is quite good, the attitude of the staff—particularly the older and more senior members—leaves much to be desired. They don’t seem to prioritize customer satisfaction or express any real concern for our experience. Many menu items are often unavailable, and the staff is quite rigid regarding substitutions. With every visit, we feel less inclined to return. Additionally, it doesn't strike us as a very family-friendly establishment.

The customer service was truly awful. The employee opened the window without saying anything and just reached out her hand for my card. As I was putting my card... read more The customer service was truly awful. The employee opened the window without saying anything and just reached out her hand for my card. As I was putting my card away, she began shaking my receipt at me in silence. While I waited for my food, I looked around and suddenly noticed her shaking the bag of food in front of my face, still without speaking a word. She wasn't busy taking care of another customer or preparing orders. The name on the receipt was Amber L. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had, even for a fast-food place.
