We waited entirely too long and then did not have a specified server. I believe the host/manager took care of his in between other duties. Two costumers came in... read more We waited entirely too long and then did not have a specified server. I believe the host/manager took care of his in between other duties. Two costumers came in after us and were sat, received drinks, and food prior to us. We didn't get refills on coffee until our food arrived because no one checked in with us. I ordered a skillet and the food was cold but the skillet was hot. We were there a total of 45 minutes waiting for food with about 6 customers in the restaurant.

They stated they had be... read more Psssh this place was terrible! My boyfriend and I stopped in one afternoon (not lunch rush). A lady and her son were seated ahead of us. They stated they had been waiting about 5 minutes or so. There were 6 other people seated through the whole restaurant so keep in mind its pretty dead at this point. One young man was cleaning up the 5 dirty booths while one girl was seating people. One couple seated with only menus appeared to be very frustrated when my boyfriend and I were being seated, and they walked out. We sat down and were never acknowledged again. After almost 10 minutes we followed suit with the other two families who walked out. At that time the manager and two other employees who had all been on the their phones emerged from the back. I informed the manager how long we had been seated with no service as well as the other three families who had walked out. She showed no interest or care that hundreds of dollars walked out of her restaurant.
