Description
**Dining Experience at Panda House: A Mixed Bag**
Panda House presents a blend of experiences, with some customers lauding its friendly atmosphere and delicious dishes, particularly enjoying the War Wonton soup and Honey Walnut Prawns. Additionally, commendations arise for good lunch specials and comfortable seating. However, several diners report disappointing encounters with flavorless food and inadequate service, citing misunderstandings during orders and long waits. Complaints about authenticity and food quality, alongside inconsistent staff interactions, detract from the restaurant’s reputation. While some appreciate it as a solid local spot, others are left feeling disrespected and unsatisfied, highlighting a need for improvement across the board.

Very nice ladies serving the front of house. Honey walnut chicken and crab and cream cheese fried wontons were great. Chow mein was ok, a little bland. The hostess and waitress allowed me to wait there while my car was worked on nearby. Nice lunch.
The service was excellent. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was great. My daughter celebrated her 14th birthday there and we had an amazing time. I suggest this place to everyone.
I thought it was closed. No customers were in the place, and the hostess is a little pushy.
I had a terrible experience with the food at this restaurant; it doesn't resemble authentic Chinese cuisine at all. I spent $55 for what turned out to be imitation Chinese food. The Szechuan spicy chicken was just orange chicken! When I brought this up with the staff, they insisted it was Szechuan spicy chicken. You can look it up online—it looks nothing like the photo I took. I wouldn't recommend this place; it feels like a scam.
