As I mentioned in a previous post, the food here is consistently excellent. Each time we return from the ski resort, we are never disappointed. My fiancée and I enjoy coming here because the lunch specials are competitively priced and we really appreciate the quality of the food. Don’t expect a five-star experience, but for a restaurant in the hills, I’m a fan. The decor might be a bit dated, but the seating is comfo... View all feedback.
What Lindsey M doesn't like about Panda House:
The entire meal was disappointing; everything was soggy, and the chicken had an unusual texture. The crab wontons lacked flavor, and the only thing that was acceptable was the rice. View all feedback.
I ordered takeout and it was excellent. The woman who delivered it to me was very friendly. I will definitely be returning. Food: 5 Service: 5
I am very disappointed with this restaurant and will definitely not be ordering from here again. When I called to place an order, the woman on the phone didn’t seem to understand what I wanted. Instead of taking my request for a family meal with a few sides, she was trying to upsell me on a $70 order. I spent a lot of time trying to correct her, but when my husband came home with the food, it turned out to be significantly less than what we would have received through DoorDash for the same items. It felt like she was frustrated because I didn’t go for the larger order, and to top it off, the food was not up to par either. Overall, I’m very unhappy with the experience.
The restaurant offers a friendly atmosphere with delicious food at great prices. I would rate the food and service a perfect 5 out of 5, while the ambiance deserves a solid 4.
Price per person: $30–50 Recommended dishes: Orange Chicken, Sweet and Sour Pork
While my husband’s order arrived promptly, I expected mine to follow shortly. During our wait, five different couples were seated, and I noticed the phone ringing for takeout orders. I repeatedly asked the waitress about my food, but she informed me that the kitchen was busy. In the meantime, I observed eleven orders being prepared and served, including two for takeout. By the time my husband finished his meal, my order finally arrived, but I refused it since he was done eating, and I decided to head to McDonald’s instead. I asked for a discount on my husband’s meal, but they wouldn’t offer us one. The service was terrible. As a disabled female Army veteran, I felt utterly disrespected, and I was shocked by the lack of consideration. It’s hard to believe such treatment still occurs today. Oh, and about the hot and sour soup—it was mostly broth with just a few strands of something in it. I didn’t even drink my iced tea since I had no food, yet I was still charged for it! We really need a Panda Express nearby!
