We ordered a blaze bowl, but were told there was only enough rice for one bowl, so we had to settle for just one. The smoothies we ordered were average, but had a strange aftertaste. It took 20 minutes for our smoothies to be prepared. While we were there, another customer tried to use the bathroom only to be told by an employee that it was out of order due to a broken sink. The customer offered to use hand sanitizer from his car, but was told he couldn't because of security cameras. It is illegal to operate a restaurant without a functional bathroom. We were unable to use the restroom ourselves. The prices are high for the quality of food offered. Overall, our experience was terrible. It was our first and last time visiting this restaurant. It's disappointing because it is one of the few healthy dining options in Jackson, and we had hoped for a better experience.

However, I have had multiple negative experiences with the staff. They seem unwilling to prepare orders and are often rude to customers. On several occasions, they have told me they couldn't make my order, and they only want to make smoothies after 5pm. Today, when it was finally my turn, they were out of ingredients to make smoothies. I hope the owner reads this review and recognizes the impact their staff's behavior is having on their business.
