I really enjoy the smoothies at this restaurant. When they are made correctly, they are really good. However, I have had multiple negative experiences with the staff. They seem unwilling to prepare orders and are often rude to customers. On several occasions, they have told me they couldn't make my order, and they only want to make smoothies after 5pm. Today, when it was finally my turn, they were out of ingredients to make smoothies. I hope the owner reads this review and recognizes the impact their staff's behavior is having on their business.

I visited the restaurant today after hearing many good things about it, but I was disappointed with my experience. It took 30 minutes to receive my order because there were not enough staff working. The girl preparing the orders seemed to have a thumb injury and struggled to keep up with the sudden rush of customers. She worked hard, but the other two female employees did not assist her and seemed annoyed by her slower pace. I have no complaints about the girl with the injury, as she did her best under the circumstances. However, the other employees lacked motivation to help and did not satisfy the customers. Kudos to the hardworking girl, but the other two employees were not helpful and made the situation more stressful for her.
