We were seated at a lovely outdoor table with a g... read more After a long day of swimming at Robert Treman State Park, we arrived at Sunset Grill feeling tired and hungry. We were seated at a lovely outdoor table with a gorgeous view of the lake. Our waitress, Cindy, was an absolute delight! She guided us to the best items on the menu, and everything we tried was incredibly tasty. Throughout our meal, she made sure we were well taken care of and frequently checked in on us. Cindy truly is a gem. I highly recommend Sunset Grill!

Would not recommend for food but view.

However, I have to mention that the waitstaff is consistently slow—every single time I've been, which has been quite a few. Sometimes the food arrives in a reasonable time frame, but other times it can take a while to be served. Despite that, I still recommend this place, just not if you're in a hurry or really hungry. The entrance is right by the gas pumps, and you'll find the building on the right, with the front facing the liquor store. Parking is decent, but it can feel a bit tight at times. It tends to get crowded with college students, but it's easy to avoid that rush if you go during the week. The restrooms are a bit on the dirty side, but nothing too concerning. On the bright side, the outdoor seating area is spacious and quite lovely.
