The sandwiches looked amazing and, based on all the other revie... read more If you're in town, this place is definitely one you shouldn't miss, so I dropped in for a bagel. The sandwiches looked amazing and, based on all the other reviews, they're a must-try. The bagel I had was excellent, and the cream cheese was delightful. There isn't any seating inside, so be prepared for takeout. The service was quick and friendly, too.

However, the ordering process is a bit cumbersome. As a tourist, I found it challenging to know what to order or how to go about it. Additionally, I had trouble understanding the employees who were speaking through their masks. The service was also slow. That said, the cashier was fantastic and had a great sense of humor. In the end, the delicious food made the wait and confusion worth it!

To make matters worse, the food was underwhelming, and my cucumbers were spoiled.
