The shrimp summer rolls were delicious- included fresh mint and served with a peanut sauce. The lemongrass chicken stir fry was amazing! Highly recommend this place.

Mor... read more 2024 update: Saigon changed hands a couple of years ago, and it shows. The service is very hectic and disorganized now, even when the restaurant isn't full. More than anything, some of the dishes, especially the pho, have gone down a lot in quality. It's disappointing to see such a great place become mediocre. I miss how great it used to be! One of the best restaurants in Ithaca. They never disappoint!
