Wow. What a train wreck. I wanted to order a side of hibachi veggies and they don't offer a la carte. So I had to change my order at the last second to get what I wanted. They said it would take 20 minutes, we waited for over 40 minutes. The shrimp in my hibachi tasted VERY fishy. And the tofu was coated in a slimy batter. When we unpacked the food there was also hair in the bag. And on top of it all, the food was much more expensive than it should have been for the quality. Needless to say we will NOT be going back.
I specified my requests for omissions in both the item comment and the order comment, but it seems they do not pay attention to these requests, as clearly indicated on the receipt in the bag. I give it 2 stars because it was at least edible.
I love dining at my favorite restaurant! The food is absolutely delicious, especially the sushi. The owner is fantastic, and the staff are always incredibly nice, friendly, and welcoming. I highly recommend Mitsuba to everyone. It’s a perfect 10/10!
This restaurant offers excellent prices on sashimi and sushi. The tempura appetizers were particularly delicious. While they don’t serve alcohol, the tea is quite enjoyable. The service was prompt and courteous. It's a popular spot for takeout and delivery, making it quite busy. Although indoor dining has not fully bounced back from COVID-19, the atmosphere is still pleasant and enjoyable for dining in.
Definitely one of the best spots for Chinese cuisine in Ithaca. They have two menu options, both Chinese and Japanese. Always make sure to suggest your spice levels for you order as I've tasted their food a little bit too spicy. I'm a huge fan of theirdried beef with scehwan ????. It's not too crowded which makes it a good place to relax and have some great food. Make sure toaccess their free salad bar as well.
