Wife, I, the greyhounds (Winnie- pictured) had a wonderful breakfast while passing thru Ithaca. Food was wonderful. Service with a smile; Winnie felt the need to reciprocate on the dog-friendly patio. We'll try to race back soon when in the area! TY for helping us get our morning off to a good start! What RCL dislikes about Dockside:
Stopped for lunch. We ordered iced tea and it tasted soapy/stale. The waitress replaced it and comped us two cokes. We ordered fried clams and scallops- they were tasty but portions were small. A side of Cole slaw was served in a small plastic cup and was literally two bites. We ate on the dog friendly rear deck overlooking the canal (we had our dog with us) and they were very dog friendly. My daughter said her omelet was delicious but I had pancakes and thry were horrible. Dry and no taste.. Pleasant location and outdoor seating in the back by the inlet.
Place has been here for 50 years.. owner still works 7 days a week. Food is awesome...
It was ok. Nothing special ! Had some chowder and it was luke warm !
Great place for breakfast. The food was excellent and a friendly atmosphere. I'll definitely go back next time in town.
Great atmosphere! If you order food with prices and not from the market priced options and you will be happy! Serving staff is friendly and the food is decent. We plan to return.
