Firehouse Subs Ithaca

Just cake to grab a door dash it's almost 30 mins late been waiting at the counter for over 20 mins without even being helped sure it will be closer to 20 mins when all is said and done if you don't have the staff to run the store just close the store for a day don't embarrass yourself and your buisness(edit update on top of making walk in orders first instead of the orders in order of when they were received my order was sitting on the make line the whole time just needed to be handed to me what a joke wasted almost an hour of my time for an order that was already done when I got there just wasn't put on the pickup counter and I couldn't get any help or acknowledgement from staff other then welcome to firehouse, is it because I don't feel welcome at all

$5 dollars for small mac and cheese and the cup is not even full!!!

The sandwich tasted great. It was full of everything I asked. Not bad, but the size compared to other places makes it hard to know what the price is worth, but Firehouse still has great tasting subs, just maybe two dollars drop would be more attractive.

I was in your store on Friday, 11 June at 22:30. A female came out from behind and asked if I had waited. Said no and a female could not yet come out because she was eating, but still came with a mouth full of food to wait for me. A small middle part ordered. Special requests to both. Never came with Italian dressing as desired and pickles were frozen. The order was joined together sloppily and was not heated as in the past. Asked that orders are packaged separately, not done. I asked for another bag and the man behind the counter had no idea. I repeated my request 5 times and finally got a bag. The 2 people behind the counter obviously had no hint and could not read tickets correctly. Very disappointed..I have been in your business many times, but yesterday you cut the cake.
