I may have just found the best breakfast sandwiches in Ithaca at The Danby! I highly recommend trying them. Occasionally, I'll indulge in one of their fresh muffins, and it's always a delightful experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, even when there’s a line out the door. The cozy atmosphere makes it perfect for my morning commute. This is definitely a favorite spot for locals looking for breakfast or brunch.

My wife ordered a sandwich to go. People behind her in line got their food around the 25 minute mark. She then asked how much longer it would be for her food and was told another 20 minutes. They clearly forgot her order. She finally got her sandwich after 1 hour of waiting. Never apologized but they gave her some cookies when I’m guessing they realized their mistake.

A MUST stop for breakfast or early lunch! I stopped in today and found the friendliest staff and food that was INCREDIBLE! I had the Dolce Special and it was spot on. The flavors with the combined hot pepper jelly on that chipotle cheddar biscuit was spectacular. And for brunch appetizer I HIGHLY recommend a homemade strawberry pop tart! You will thank me later.
