Stopped on my way to work for some dinner. I work 9pm-7am and the food I received wasn’t even edible!!! Cheese sticks weren’t even cooked long enough to melt the cheese!!! Called and talked to the manager and they was rude as hell!!! This arby’s has went way down hill!!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star.

SITTING IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR 12 MINS AND THEY SIMPLY TURN THE LIGHTS OUT AND SHUT DOWN. WE CLOSE AT 7:00 . THAT WAS AT 6:52! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GO IN THE CITY OF ITHACA !

4/29/22 Ran through this Arby's on my way home an hour away. We had gone without lunch because of an appointment and it was 7:30pm by the time we got to an Arby's to get at least something in us. We got a Turkey Swiss meal came out to be a bacon chicken sandwich of some kind. Inedible due to allergies to chicken. We also got a Gyro. The pita was so stale that it was crunchy and hard as a rock. We could not eat either sandwich and had to wait another hour till we got back into civilization just to eat.

I was an Uber driver on a pickup. Note said to use drive thru. Finally got to drive thru and they told me to come in and get it. Geez, after I waited in line for all that long, can't they just hand it to me and save us both time!

One of the better fast food chains in Ithaca. Nice staff, fast service.. everything fast food is supposed to be
