We stop by here, during the school year, once a week for breakfast. Generally we have fast, friendly service for our burritos and they have good tea.
On multiple occasions, I've sat for 15-20 minutes, with no response, after pressing the button.
Rude Is an understatement! I went to the drive through and asked them to repeat my order and was met with silence ok maybe she didn’t hear me because I hear her taking orders from the car port. I drive up and ask the lady at the window if she could repeat my order she didn’t say a word she walked away and came back with a receipt and handed it me…. Without saying a word! Then came back and asked if it was right. I’m over it at this point and hungry! I paid for the food and she hands me the food I ordered 2 double meat combo’s and a kids meal and a shake I began I checked and see if my order was made correctly and she comes back to the window and told me to pull up before the cars behind drive off!!!
Every time we come here, the service is slow and frustrating. Ordering an online order at 8:50. Closed by 8:56. Did not get our 2 hot dogs and a soda until 9:24. That was only after we went to the door and were asked for food. I've been working on a sound, and there's no excuse for this crowd waiting. Don't come here if you want to eat quickly.
I've been debating leaving this review but after seeing other's reviews I decided to post my experience.If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I ordered at the drive-through and waited 20 minutes to receive my food. They seemed to not care how long it took, no apology for the long wait, nothing. I ordered onion rings, a chili dog without the bun and 2 drinks. 20 minutes? I drove home only to find my food was BURNED! I drove back up there and pressed the button to return my food. 15 minutes later and no one answered, unbelievable. I could see employees in there standing around doing nothing. I then had to go up to the door and flag someone down to express my concerns. The manager had a horrible attitude and reluctantly voided my transaction. She offered to re-make my food and I declined. If you can't get it right the first time, why bother?I ended up going across the street to Burger King. I love Sonic but this location was a HUGE disappointment.Save the headache. Avoid this location AT ALL COST! Edit-I appreciate the quick response and I submitted a report today. It appears I am not the only one with a problem at this location and something needs to change.
