I get a Mango Slush daily. It's always fantastic. The staff is always polite and apologizes if there is a wait. So many fast food spots are still under staffed since the pandemic. I believe majority of the complaints are based upon a situation the existing employees simply have no control over. Short staff.... Longer wait times. Period View all feedback.

I would've rated better if they were a little faster about getting food out. I had to wait 20 minutes for food and drink for just myself even after ordering on the app. On top of that, which I know is a first world problem, they forgot my straw, which they usually just put it in the bag with the food. Rude Is an understatement! I went to the drive through and asked them to repeat my order and was met with silence ok maybe she didn’t hear me because I hear her taking orders from the car port. I drive up and ask the lady at the window if she could repeat my order she didn’t say a word she walked away and came back with a receipt and handed it me…. Without saying a word! Then came back and asked if it was right. I’m over it at this point and hungry! I paid for the food and she hands me the food I ordered 2 double meat combo’s and a kids meal and a shake I began I checked and see if my order was made correctly and she comes back to the window and told me to pull up before the cars behind drive off!!!
Every time we come here, the service is slow and frustrating. Ordering an online order at 8:50. Closed by 8:56. Did not get our 2 hot dogs and a soda until 9:24. That was only after we went to the door and were asked for food. I've been working on a sound, and there's no excuse for this crowd waiting. Don't come here if you want to eat quickly.
I've been debating leaving this review but after seeing other's reviews I decided to post my experience.If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I ordered at the drive-through and waited 20 minutes to receive my food. They seemed to not care how long it took, no apology for the long wait, nothing. I ordered onion rings, a chili dog without the bun and 2 drinks. 20 minutes? I drove home only to find my food was BURNED! I drove back up there and pressed the button to return my food. 15 minutes later and no one answered, unbelievable. I could see employees in there standing around doing nothing. I then had to go up to the door and flag someone down to express my concerns. The manager had a horrible attitude and reluctantly voided my transaction. She offered to re-make my food and I declined. If you can't get it right the first time, why bother?I ended up going across the street to Burger King. I love Sonic but this location was a HUGE disappointment.Save the headache. Avoid this location AT ALL COST! Edit-I appreciate the quick response and I submitted a report today. It appears I am not the only one with a problem at this location and something needs to change.
Went ahead and ordered on the app to get my food asap, upon arrival most of the machines were down or turned off. So I decided to go through the drive thru told them I was there to pick up a small strawberry cheesecake shake and a large limeade. (Gave them my name) waited about 20-30 minutes to get my drinks that I had already ordered ahead of time. Finally it was my turn to get my drinks and the shake looked like milk as of it was sitting there ready , the cup was filled halfway and the rest was whipped cream. There was ice cream spilled on the sides of the cup. I asked for a remake and they told me it would take about 10 -15 more minutes to make since they were busy so I just left and took what I had . I’ve been to plenty of Sonic’s and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed with them. This location lacks readiness and teamwork. I know I won’t go back to this location again even though it’s down the street from us.
Jose was incredibly kind! I often finish work late and usually place my order ahead of time, but when I arrived, they graciously let me know they were out of tea and offered to switch to any other drink I wanted. Thank you, Jose—the drinks are fantastic! Food: 5/5
