Description

Royal Chopsticks delivers a mixed bag for diners. While many praise the quick service and delicious offerings—especially the fried rice and chicken stir fry—some customers report significant inconsistencies, such as missing ingredients, incorrect order sequences, and frustrations with new serving methods since the pandemic. The restaurant has garnered loyalty from those seeking a taste of home, but long-time fans express disappointment over changes in dining experience and service policies. With competitive prices and favorable flavors, this establishment has potential, but it must address service and consistency issues to enhance the overall experience.

Been coming here for a couple of decades now. Food is always great and service is fast and friendly.

This place has the best Chinese fried rice period. We always loved to go to this place when we’re in irving. I convinced couple of my colleagues to go with me for lunch and we all thoroughly enjoyed the food Ordered Chicken Fried Rice Extra Spicy, Veg Lo Mein, Singapore Fried Rice with Tofu and Veg All 3 of them were exceptional, one of my colleague loved the Singapore fried rice so much he ordered one in the evening to go for dinner. Quick and friendly service as it needs to be and quality food!

I ordered broccoli and beef and I got mostly all broccoli with hardly any beef. Also. I couldn’t have green onion with my egg drop soup. They wanted to charge extra for that. I complained and they said there was nothing they could do.

They called everyone’s order before me, people who walked in after me. I was order #31 and they even called order #32 before me and we had the exact same order. Spicy Shrimp fried rice. Very much racist or something going on. How does #32 get called before #31 and they’re both spicy shrimp fried rice? I was sitting there for such a long time waiting on my order.
