This is the best sushi restaurant in Irvine. We visit every week, and we have never been disappointed. Unlike other places, we've never felt sick after dining here. The experience was quite average. The edamame was served cold, and the cucumber salad was disappointing and had to be returned. However, the sushi rolls were enjoyable; both the Crunch Roll and Iiban Roll were well-prepared. Unfortunately, the Samurai Roll did not meet expectations.
