Maizuru Sushi Bar Japanese Restaurant

The experience was quite average. The edamame was served cold, and the cucumber salad was disappointing and had to be returned. However, the sushi rolls were enjoyable; both the Crunch Roll and Iiban Roll were well-prepared. Unfortunately, the Samurai Roll did not meet expectations. The mochi comes with only four pieces, and they are difficult to handle, as they fall apart easily. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, but overall, I found the prices a bit high considering the quality of the food.

This is the best sushi restaurant in Irvine. We visit every week, and we have never been disappointed. Unlike other places, we've never felt sick after dining here. We love the warm atmosphere and the freshness of the food!

Aside from the salmon, the sushi was generally not fresh. There were multiple instances where I actually had to spit out a piece of fish. I was almost ready to accept that I wouldn't find fresh sushi until I dined at Jinbei. There's simply no comparison!

Beautiful location! always a good experience! the personal is beautiful and works very hard to ensure that they take care of properly. sushi is good, really fresh!
