Dave's Hot Chicken - Irvine

Had a delicious meal here and will definitely be back! Chicken was juicy, tender, and flavorful. Fries were crispy and seasoned well.

Been here over couple times now. Their chicken is crispy and gotta love the spices in the batter. So good!

Ordered a 2 tender combo with the hot spice level. Aside from the slight sweetness of the seasoning, there wasn't much spice. This may be due to personal tolerance, but another problem was the overwhelming saltiness of the chicken. If this can be fixed, I'd love to come back and give it another try. Fries and sauce were good, and the inside of the store is nice and clean. This is jot my cup of tea, but definitely a good option for fast, casual hot chicken at a reasonable price!

Highly recommend the food! And if you love spicy, they have great heat and flavor.

I visited this location on a Friday night and wasn't as busy as some reviewers mentioned.Food:the chicken was fresh and the taste was really good, we got Dave's #2 which comes with two chicken sandwiches and a side of fries. Honestly, you can share it because the portion is big.I asked to get it extra crispy/well done, the cashier didn't know that they can do it and when he asked they said yes we have that option.Location: (interior and design)They don't have enough chairs inside and outside you just have to stand by your car to eat. Interior design is nice and fun.Overall rating:I can give only 3 stars because there are so many other places that you can eat with better chicken. It wasn't a bad experience but It was an ok experience nothing so special about this place.
