I have Celiac disease, and while not all items marked gluten-free on the menu are safe for people with Celiac, they were able to prepare nachos that met my dietary needs. I also enjoyed the quinoa salad. It would be great to see additional gluten-free options that are truly safe for Celiacs, perhaps by simply adjusting the sauces. Overall, it's a nice bar to visit in Invermere.

We tried the Inglorious Basterd, which features shaved Angus sirloin, Dutchmen white cheddar, a demi baguette, maple bourbon bacon jam, sautéed onions, and peppers with garlic butter—it was superb. We also had the Chicken ULLR, which is classic fried chicken served with spicy aioli, maple coriander pickled red onions, and pickled jalapeños. Both dishes struck a perfect balance of sweet and salty, rich and crispy. As a side, I opted for the apple and fennel salad, which was light and delightful—a perfect complement to the rich sandwich. My husband chose the taters, which were also delicious. The portions are quite generous. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

The lettuce wrap egg rolls crafted by Chef Lucas are simply the best. Plus, he's a fantastic person as well.
