Contribute FeedbackLocated in Invermere, Fubuki Sushi offers a mix of experiences for diners. While some found the service slow, others praised the vegetarian options and great taste of the food. Portion sizes were criticized, but the quality was generally well-received. The restaurant seems to be hit or miss, with some diners experiencing long wait times and lackluster service, while others found it to be a top-tier establishment worth visiting for special occasions. If you're a fan of authentic sushi and willing to take a chance, Fubuki Sushi may be worth a try next time you find yourself in the area.
Portion size is incredibly small For the value .Rice super chincy .Cucumber salad was good but literally got about tiny 5 cucumbers . The sushi boat for 2 is basically a Bento box for 1 Was like over 50 bucks for a bento box no thanks Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
Excellent food, and the staff were a delight to talk to. My friends and I joked that we would find back just to talk to them, they were a riot. The only slight downside in our experience was that they're currently doing take out only in the evenings, which we didn't realize when we decided to go here for supper. But it's not a big deal, plus they were pretty quick despite us ordering a lot of food to go pretty close to closing time, and the food was fantastic. Would definitely love to go again!
Dine in or take-out, the food and service is top tier as always. The best sushi in the entire Valley.
Incredible food and service. The staff is fun and great at the quotes when you hold what you want. We have the habit of stopping here at our Christmas holidays in the area. Can't recommend Fubuki enough!
Very small portion sizes. I spent $65 for two people and starved. Their roles are miniature.
