We went back a second time months later as we thought it was just a one off. it was not the case at all! We waited over an hr to receive our main course and almost 45 mins for our our appies! When we walked in the place had many empty seats so being packed was not the issue! When our food did arrive we received food we did not order and and their was a specific request for no dairy. THe order for one of our guests came with dairy. It then took our guest getting up out of his seat and going to find out server before the situation was rectified. Now our first visit was very similar but we thought it was because we were a larger group. I don't believe that to be the case.We will not return there!

Myself and my family sat down for birthday breakfast and never got acknowledged for over 15 minutes. Ended up leaving and enjoying breakfast else where . Save yourself the grief and go else where . Elements is not the same
