I stopped by on Saturday while on my way to Mammoth and had the pleasure of being served by Scott. He let us try some of the amazing smoked turkey and recommended the steak and egg sandwich on flatbread for our late breakfast. In a word: Awesome! The service was outstanding, and the sandwich was absolutely delicious. Additionally, the restaurant was impeccably clean.

I had higher expectations for the service at this restaurant. When the manager pointed out to a new employee that my sandwich was poorly made with too little meat right in front of me, I assumed they would offer to remake it properly. Instead, they hurried to finish it and send me on my way. It was also frustrating when I was trying to explain my order to one employee, and another approached me to ask for payment, which made the entire experience feel rushed. Overall, the service was disappointing, and the individual who appeared to be the manager was quite rude.

This Subway location is quite impressive. It provides free WiFi and is conveniently located within a Chevron gas station and convenience store. The staff was friendly and polite, managing the weekday lunch rush with exceptional efficiency.

The counter staff are friendly, and the food is quite tasty, but the service is exceptionally slow!

When it was my turn, I couldn’t help but notice that the sandwich preparer had an unsettling appearance, with numerous white supremacist tattoos, including swastikas on his elbows. Although he was polite and soft-spoken, his visible tattoos were hard to ignore. The employee handling the vegetables and the cashier didn't exactly inspire confidence either. At that point, I concluded that we would simply grab our sandwiches, eat quickly, and never return. Regarding the food, I was disappointed to discover that my 6-inch sub on jalapeno cheese bread was served on a stale roll that practically crumbled in my hands. I managed to eat the meat and quickly wrapped everything up so we could leave. This location does a poor job of representing the Subway brand. At the very least, the owner should consider having employees with visible tattoos wear long sleeves while serving customers. I certainly won’t be returning to this restaurant.
