I had the best experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location. The coffee was perfect and the bagels were cooked perfectly, not over toasted like in other places. The service was also very quick. I will definitely be driving out to Hurst whenever I am craving Dunkin' Donuts. It was definitely worth it! View all feedback.

Drive through staff could use some training on customer service, for sure. Asked for a “Caramel Crunch Iced Latte” and instead of getting a response like “Sorry sir, but we don’t have that” or “Did you mean, X?” or “That unfortunately not on our menu, but we have x.” I just got “what’s that? We don’t make nothing called that.” I understand people have bad days, but you should not work a job of this type if your defau... View all feedback.
I asked for extra cheese, which I almost dry. this has happened to me several times and I still have a review to post that it would be better and not. idk what this is Dunkin’ but it must be repaired. the settings must also be fixed, the tomorrow people are ingenious, but on the afternoon there is nothing other than standing. Thank you.
Very friendly staff but coffee always taste more like water.
I was so excited to try this place because of the amount of traffic that they have. I ordered a loaded croissant something it had bacon in it and could not eat it because the bacon was raw inside
Rude workers.we were placing a large order so we took am estimated 3 minutes to look over menu and order in that time they asked us MULTIPLE TIMES if we needed help we kept sating no give us just another second to which one lady said its because we have a line if cars behind you.yes there were 2 other cars behind me which is normal in a drive thru but that was just rude!! And then when we pulled up they forgot 2 of our donuts and we had to backup when we realized and they didnt even know what they had forgotten.ill be visiting a different DD from now on
Love this location! They are always kind, fast even when the line is long and always get my order right.
