Rosa's Café
Description
Pink Restaurants has long been a beloved choice for families, yet recent visits have sparked mixed emotions among diners. While loyal patrons appreciate the reliability of classic favorites, several reviews highlight a noticeable decline in food quality and service. Dish consistency varies greatly, with some meals praised—especially the breakfast tacos and sopapillas—while others suffer from blandness or inadequate portions. Service experiences also differ, with a few customers noting unfriendly staff interactions. While nostalgia and positive memories linger, many patrons now find themselves considering alternative dining options for a more satisfying meal.

Honestly, the refried beans seemed like they were straight out of a can. The flour tortillas cooled off quickly, likely due to the cold air from the overhead fans in the dining area. The potatoes didn't taste like potatoes; they had a sweeter flavor instead. The chorizo and eggs were decent but nothing remarkable. I truly wanted to enjoy the meal, but unfortunately, it simply fell short of my expectations.
This place is always a great option for a quick lunch or an excellent breakfast taco. The staff is friendly, and they prepare your order quickly. I always order the breakfast tacos, and they’re a fantastic way to kick off your morning. I'll definitely be coming back for more delicious food!
I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The service was rude, and the staff seemed more interested in gossiping about a coworker in Spanish than attending to customers (and I’m Hispanic myself). I didn’t receive a receipt, so I’m not sure who the woman at the window was, but she appeared to be a manager. She seemed upset about the gossip and was snappy with me, but I chose to ignore it since it was her bad day, not mine. When I returned to work, I noticed how poorly made my nachos were. I specifically requested the sour cream on the side, but it was mixed in. There was hardly any meat on my plate—just one nacho on top had most of the meat on it. It felt like they poured more grease on my food than actual meat. I’m highly dissatisfied and would rather pay the same price for authentic Mexican food at Los Albertos.
Haven't been in a while but reading some of the reviews I see not much has changed I don't really eat the food here because it is quite bland in my opinion!!! I literally only come when I get a craving for their chips and salsa and i like to add a coupleof tortillas with it... that's it. Also it has always boggled my mind that they give you enough chips for 40 days and 40 nightswith these little bitty cups of salsa or queso. The large is about 8oz is salsa and they give a huge bag of chips filled to thebrim. How wasteful.
I know everyone talks about Taco Tuesday, but honestly, it should be Enchilada Night! I ordered the chicken enchiladas with sour cream sauce, and my husband went for the beef enchiladas. Mine were incredibly flavorful—I was pleasantly surprised! My husband said his were absolutely amazing. Delicious!
