It makes customers... read more Our server, RJ, did a fantastic job. He didn't hover or make us feel rushed. The manager, Nicole, also came by and spoke to us. Nice touch!! It makes customers feel valued.And the food, was sooo good.  My husband had fish and chips and I had a pizza.  Both were very good.  We went again this past weekend. This time I had the Brewhouse burger and wasn't disappointed. I took half home because I ate way too many of the fries (I like the skinny ones). They were hot and crispy, just the way I like my fries!!!  While I loved the pizza...the burger was my favorite!!  My only complaint was that I was so full I didn't have room for a pizzookie!!  Think I'll start with that next time. Again, great service and no wait since I got on the preferred wait list via the BJ's app. Great tool for a Friday night.

It was... read more My very first, and only time going to this place was a few weeks ago. Let me start by saying that the waiter was super nice and informative of the menu. It was my second time ever getting fried calamari. It was okay at best. Not so crispy and way too chewy.. I built my own pizza and it was phenomenal. The dough was cooked to perfection and the chicken was juicy and flavourful. I was too full to finish it and to my surprise, the pizza was just as amazing the next day. I will  definitely be coming back here.

Only issues I'v... read more Yummy drinks, yummy food can't go wrong!. BJ's is a family favorite because it's close, it has huge portions and they usually have good service. Only issues I've ever had is with large parties somehow we always end up with the one waiter who has no idea what they're doing.<br/ <br/ Food is fantastic. They used to have this big open faced pot roast sandwich, but they have since done away with it. Now, I either get the parmesan crusted chicken (enough to share! or the soup and salad combo.<br/ <br/ My dad and boyfriend's father are big supporters of their beer. If you like hand crafted, this place is perfect. They also have GREAT hand crafted sodas. I always get a 1/2 cream soda, 1/2 root beer. YUM.<br/ <br/ If you go on your birthday, you get a free mini pizookie (gooey cookie goodness . Also, if you're a frequenter, I highly recommend joining the rewards club. It's free, and super easy to rack up points for free food and off your meals.

Unfortunately, I was less impressed with the tuna itself. It was described as pan-seared but appeared to have been refrigerated before being sliced and served. While I can't speak for my friend's dish, mine was rather tough and chewy, lacking in flavor and ultimately disappointing. On a positive note, the salad was delicious, and the wasabi drops added a nice kick that enhanced the overall flavor experience. Our waiter was excellent and attentive, making our dining experience better. Just a heads up for those with dietary restrictions: the gluten-sensitive options are quite limited, so it's a good idea to check the menu ahead of your visit if you need gluten-free choices.
