Was Mia Saur at Babylon Coffee Roasters a mag?
It was a lovely place with a charming atmosphere, making it an excellent spot for studying. The staff member made a mistake with my smoothie order but kindly asked if I’d be okay with adding banana to my strawberry smoothie. It turned out quite tasty, and considering the price, it was definitely a good value. View all feedback.

What Nick Guidry dislikes about Babylon Coffee Roasters:
I'm not sure I understand the rave reviews claiming this place has "great," "amazing," or "high-quality" coffee. I ordered a large drip coffee, and it tasted just like something you'd get at a gas station – very watered down and almost burnt. Overall, it wasn't good at all. After tasting it, I asked for cream, and it turned out to be just generic half and half. Come on, folks, put in a little more effort. My wife ord... View all feedback.

Lovely coffee bar. I had an Iced Mocha latte and a carame brownie. Ok, I needed a chocolate fix, and this order aimed to satisfy!! The brownie was heated, and the caramel in the middle was just gooey enough! It was the best part. The edges were a tad stale but didn't affect the flavor. The latte was drizzled with chocolate sauce and was delicious! Mission accomplished! The space was clean, comfy and desirable. Customers were meeting friends/family/coworkers, working or just relaxing on the sofa. I'm definitely going back.Parking: Open parking shared with other businesses in the plaza.

Still one of my favorite spots. They have a wide variety of hot and cold drinks that include flavors you won't find at those big chains. The service is always great and they have jewelry and art available for purchase from local artists. And they have gluten free options.

First time visiting at recommendation from a friend. I ordered the iced Vietnamese coffee it was perfect not too sweet and just the right amount of ice. My wife ordered the Mexican coffee and loved it. We shared a waffle stuffed with sausage and it was great. This is our new go to coffee shop in the H E B area.

I’d rather have a cup of coffee from an independently owned establishment than from the corporate-owned place that’s on every corner. Never been here before but today I had a latte; my husband had a mocha. The service was very friendly and we were very happy with our drinks. The options of coffee and sweet or savory breakfast treats are plentiful. I just wish there was room on the wall menus for descriptions of every special latte. There are descriptions online but not for every latte. So glad this place was open today as a lot of places were closed due to the cold but certainly not Antarctic weather.Update:This is the only place I go to for coffee in H-E-B. One reason is that I’m lactose intolerant and surprisingly there are still many coffee shops that aren’t accommodating. But Babylon Coffee Roasters is. And they have almond milk which is my preference over soy. Second, the quality of their drinks is why my husband and I keep going back. Their Flamed Orange latte is magnificent. I have also had the coco-bana, honey lavender and honey rose lattes and recommend them all! I tried their sausage rolls today and loved them because the bread is a bit sweet. Can’t wait to try their breakfast sandwiches. This place is only 5 min from my job. I had a wonderful breakfast date with my husband this morning. We’ll have to do that more often.

You know when you feel love? Like the feeling you get when your mom hugs you? That’s the overall feeling I get when I walk in and am greeted on the way in (and out) with a hello and a warm smile. Enjoy coming here and drinking my cappuccino after a workout and getting my 20 pages of daily reading.
