read moreBistro l'Alambic in Gatineau is a hidden gem with an inspired menu of tapas, burgers, and pasta. The cozy, friendly atmosphere and efficient staff make for a fantastic dining experience, whether for lunch or supper. The unique and tasty dishes, like cod fish on sprouted lentils and veal, receive high praise. The chic industrial interior and entertaining staff add to the uber-hip ambiance. With a new chef bringing new dishes by October's end, this spot is recommended for a casual meal with friends or family, or a special occasion. It's a must-try destination for foodies in the area.
