What User doesn't like about The Palm Houston – Downtown:
Unfortunately good not great. Have dined in many Palm’s across the US. Was below par from previous experiences. Server and staff tried their best. A little confusion and inexperience. Some orders were incorrect and food temperature was unacceptable. Some meals were on time and excellent, half were not. It was New Years Eve and busy. Some area for improvement. We appreciated the effort however. View all feedback. What User likes about The Palm Houston – Downtown:
Our server, Chelsea, was fantastic. The rest of the staff was very friendly and attentive as well. From the moment I arrived at the restaurant, I was warmly greeted, and it truly felt like being at home. View all feedback.

Great meal and the waiter was happy to make me an offer menu item.
