What User doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
The service was really slow when I left. The guy on the window was still very nice and helpful. The chicken was hot, not as spicy as I had in other places not sure why. The macaroni was just okay, the noodles were too soft for me. Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
Chicken was way overcooked and dry. Popeyes used to be the best bird around IMO, but they've gone down, not only with the quality of their food and the small chicken pieces, the customer service is getting worse as well.
Was missing biscuits and the manager named David fixed the order was very polite courteous! Best Popeyes in my area
The lady in charge has got it going on in there. Wish I could have caught her name. Excellent service from all employees! There were 2 quite rude customers upset with the wait, but if you wan’t fresh food, it’s a sacrifice you have to be willing to make. With both the drive thru slammed and the inside, the employees handled it perfectly. Our food was perfect. So fresh, it was still hot when we got home!
