What Flex Trafik doesn't like about Azura Lounge:
Booked a reservation well in advance. Visited the location in person to confirm our desired table since it would be a special evening. Arrived and was informed that our section had been given away. The excuse given was that the Host was not aware that a fight would be happening that evening. Staff did nothing to to properly accommodate us following their acknowledged error. Very unprofessional. I absolutely love this place first time customer will be back my husband and I loved the vibes of this place from the lighting the Dj the atmosphere the hookah just over all everything about this place was definitely it I can not wait to go back trust me you won’t go wrong with this spot def recommend for a date night or any occasion.
