Was User at Taco Bell a mag?
Dining at both the Taco Bell and KFC sides is fantastic. KFC offers a unique flavor that can't be replicated. I started cooking for the first time in high school, and now, in my 60s, I've never grown tired of KFC. View all feedback.

What User dislikes about Taco Bell:
Our usual go-to restaurant never fails to disappoint. The dining area looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day, and the food seemed hastily prepared. The prices are too high for the quality we received, and although the staff was friendly enough, it was clear they wanted to be elsewhere. View all feedback.

Taco Bell and KFC are last minute food desperation there was a major issue with the workforce and any fast food place suffers from time to get the food completed because of lack of help it's not that the food is terrible and it's not that the people that were making it or terrible it's just the fact his lack of people putting way too much on the people that do have the work ethic to work

To be honest I've had quite a few issues at this taco bell. I go there quite often and the last time I went I was in line for 15 minutes even though there was only one car ahead of me and then took them another 8 minutes at the window. I only ordered a couple items one of them being nacho fries. I was very excited because I love them I got home and realized they forgot to give me the cheese dip with it. The time before that was absolutely horrible... I ordered for my family and when I got home I realized that they had forgotten two or three items that I had paid for. They forgot to give me the chicken taco that I ordered and they forgot to give me the macaroni and cheese that my daughter ordered. The regular beef tacos that we ordered were horrible! The beef was like dried and in chunks. No one could even eat them they were really disgusting. Normally I would call and complain but I tried calling and no one answered the phone.

My soft tacos had a good meat to lettuce and cheese ratio . The drive threw was quick and efficient.

Today me and my husband went to order some food and waited more then 15 minutes to even order our food, the staff saw us but ignored that we were even there, after about 20 minutes a girl took our order, the food took extremely long for it to be done, they over cooked the biscuits and were hard as a rock, I told the girl and showed her them but was given attitude I asked her if I can have a fresh batch she then slams the box on the counter touching all of the biscuits and then tells me I think the one in the middle is soft enough to your liking, then she went to the back of the store, my husband and I were extremely unimpressed with the rudeness and terrible service that we will be making a phone call to the corporate office about how we were treated there, they also got our order wrong it was the worse experience we have ever had to deal with.

I ordered a crunch wrap supreme two months ago and it was fresh, crunchy, and frankly looked like the photo corporate sells us. The chick working was fast too. I was so impressed so here’s hoping it wasn’t a fluke.

It took 30 minutes to receive just 2 tacos and 2 burritos. The staff appeared to be under the influence and were arguing openly in front of us. When we reached the pickup window, we were told they were out of half of our order, including Baja Blast. The soda was flat and watered down. This has been the worst experience every time we visit. I would not recommend this place.

Whether I use the drive-thru or go inside to order, it often takes up to 25 minutes to receive even a single taco—and more often than not, I end up with the wrong order. This particular Taco Bell location has really gone downhill.

I walked into the restaurant, placed my order, and waited for a bit. The drive-thru was quite busy, so I took the time to watch the staff at work. The person making my order was really dedicated, checking written and visual instructions for each ingredient. It’s essential to be patient, especially considering how fortunate we are to have anyone working at the moment. Both burritos turned out to be fantastic!

I usually hesitate to write reviews since I understand that employees might just be having an off day. However, I have to say that this KFC/Taco Bell is by far the worst I've ever visited. Almost every time I attempt to use the drive-thru, I end up driving away because no one responds at the intercom. I've witnessed several customers leave in frustration after waiting for a response for the first car in line. To make matters worse, when you decide to leave and glance inside, there are usually no customers in the store. It simply doesn’t add up.

I feel for the employees at Taco Bell, as they are clearly understaffed and struggling to keep up with the demands of the restaurant. It’s nearly impossible to manage a fast food operation with just two workers. Despite this, Eric and his colleague handled the situation exceptionally well, even with the added challenge of dealing with numerous rude customers upset about the long wait times at the drive-thru. They successfully prepared food quickly and managed the front counter amidst a high volume of patrons. Overall, my order was ready in a timely manner given the circumstances. It's crucial for customers to show patience and understanding in situations like these.
