I go there quite often and the last time I went I was in line for 15 minutes even though there was only one car ahead of me and then took them another 8 minutes at the window. I only ordered a couple items one of them being nacho fries. I was very excited because I love them I got home and realized they forgot to give me the cheese dip with it. The time before that was absolutely horrible... I ordered for my family and when I got home I realized that they had forgotten two or three items that I had paid for. They forgot to give me the chicken taco that I ordered and they forgot to give me the macaroni and cheese that my daughter ordered. The regular beef tacos that we ordered were horrible! The beef was like dried and in chunks. No one could even eat them they were really disgusting. Normally I would call and complain but I tried calling and no one answered the phone.

When we reached... read more It took 30 minutes to receive just 2 tacos and 2 burritos. The staff appeared to be under the influence and were arguing openly in front of us. When we reached the pickup window, we were told they were out of half of our order, including Baja Blast. The soda was flat and watered down. This has been the worst experience every time we visit. I would not recommend this place.

This particular Taco Bell location has really gone downhill.
