Taco Bell - HOOKSETT

This location had some issues in the past, especially with my drive-thru orders being incorrect (often missing items that were ordered and paid for) and with delays in filling orders. I'm not sure if there is new management, but there has been a significant improvement recently. Last night, the cashier took my order with substitutions (such as chicken instead of beef, spicy Doritos Locos Tacos shells, etc.) and did a great job. Some orders still slow down the drive-thru line, but overall it has gotten better. I think part of the issue may be the combination of KFC and Taco Bell menu items, but our family appreciates being able to order from both menus and doesn't mind waiting a little longer. Of course, a large order or one with many changes will always take some time.

I usually don't leave reviews for fast food because we all pretty much know what to expect, but I had to take a moment to share my experience at this Taco Bell. Despite the slightly long drive-thru wait, the food was definitely worth it. I have never had such a fresh, crispy taco from any other Taco Bell before. Everything I ordered was delicious. The woman working there did an amazing job! Wow!

I entered the restaurant, placed my order, and waited for a while. The drive-thru was busy, so I observed the staff working. The person preparing my order was putting in a lot of effort, referring to written and picture instructions after each ingredient. It's important to be patient as we are fortunate to have anyone working right now. Both burritos were excellent!

I sympathize with the employees at Taco Bell, as they are understaffed and struggling to keep up with the demands of the store. It is impossible to run a fast food restaurant with only two workers. Despite the challenges, Eric and his coworker performed admirably in the face of numerous rude customers who were upset about long wait times at the drive-thru. They managed to prepare food quickly and take care of customers at the front counter, all while dealing with a high volume of customers. Overall, my food was made promptly considering the circumstances. It is important for customers to have patience and understanding in situations like these.

Two months ago, I ordered a crispy wrap with cream from this restaurant. It was exactly as fresh, crispy, and open as shown in the photo online. The delivery was also fast and the packaging was secure. I was impressed by the authenticity of the food and hoped that it wasn't just a false advertisement.
