I go there quite often and the last time I went I was in line for 15 minutes even though there was only one car ahead of me and then took them another 8 minutes at the window. I only ordered a couple items one of them being nacho fries. I was very excited because I love them I got home and realized they forgot to give me the cheese dip with it. The time before that was absolutely horrible... I ordered for my family and when I got home I realized that they had forgotten two or three items that I had paid for. They forgot to give me the chicken taco that I ordered and they forgot to give me the macaroni and cheese that my daughter ordered. The regular beef tacos that we ordered were horrible! The beef was like dried and in chunks. No one could even eat them they were really disgusting. Normally I would call and complain but I tried calling and no one answered the phone.

Today me and my husband went to order some food and waited more then 15 minutes to even order our food, the staff saw us but ignored that we were even there, af... read more Today me and my husband went to order some food and waited more then 15 minutes to even order our food, the staff saw us but ignored that we were even there, after about 20 minutes a girl took our order, the food took extremely long for it to be done, they over cooked the biscuits and were hard as a rock, I told the girl and showed her them but was given attitude I asked her if I can have a fresh batch she then slams the box on the counter touching all of the biscuits and then tells me I think the one in the middle is soft enough to your liking, then she went to the back of the store, my husband and I were extremely unimpressed with the rudeness and terrible service that we will be making a phone call to the corporate office about how we were treated there, they also got our order wrong it was the worse experience we have ever had to deal with.
