This is a great restaurant to share with family and friends. The service is always excellent and the food served piping hot. In the morning our favorite waitress is Penny. What Whitney Duarte doesn't like about Zippy's:
Quintessential Hawaiian food and you should try at least once. We had the Lokomoko with chilli and the deluxe meal. The chilli is meant to be famous, but I didn’t enjoy it that much. The Loco moco was not great as the hamburger steak was completely unseasoned and bland. The zip pack deluxe meal was not bad though, which has the Spam, fried fish, fried chicken, teriyaki beef mix plate, and is very filling. View all feedback.
First time trying this place out since I haven’t been in the area and my brother said it’s good. Can confirm. I had the Chicken Trio which came with Fried Chicken, Chicken Katsu, Korean Fried Chicken. Mostly wanted to try the last two and man are they good, they give you some BBQ sauce but the chicken doesn’t even need it. Crispy outside with a tender inside. I will most likely come back again before returning home!
Great food and service. It was recommended by a local and no disappointment.
This is a fast food chain that moves a little slow. You may have to wait a while for your meal to be handed to you for takeout only, but the wait is worth it. The quality of the food in this chain that is native only to Hawaii is noteworthy and refreshing. Just the fact that they are open relatively late and don't grill you to check your vac status before you can even order there are enough for me to award them the full register of stars. Freshly cooked and delicious food, reasonable prices, and a nice variety of island comfort foods is icing on the cake.
Zippy is everyone where on this island will always be the place where I prefer to eat. The service, food and people working in Vineyard are the best. The staff of the dining room are excellent.
Love the friendly staff Jean, Margie, Nadia, Rita, Kirsche, Van, Nancy, Liz, Kayla, Martin, Brandon, Xiao, Amber, so many more! Eat great, no matter what time of day!
