Saigon Special was fantastic! I didn't try the pho because I'm not a fan; I prefer ramen. The picture advertised a lot of beef in the Saigon Special, but the meal I received had mostly chicken and just a small amount of beef. I'd definitely eat it again, though I wish there was more beef, you know? This restaurant is combined with Curry Square, which might explain why you don't often see someone ordering from both pl... Great location with easy walking distance from most hotels. Safe to walk here or back to hotel later at night. Peak periods expect up to an hour wait for dinner so if you can have an earlier one and avoid waiting I recommend that. Staff alway super friendly, water is constantly filled up. Like everywhere they operate on tips at the end of the meal so generally they are going to be ultra helpful. Food portions are huge so honestly you can get a main and share it or even the appetizers are good for sharing. The shakes are delicious but the main show is definitely the cheesecakes. Large selection and you can takeaway. They are very sweet so sharing one is okay ????. Gave only four stars as on our last trip there we sat partially outside and the birds kept coming in and annoying us. Like everywhere you eat out the prices are a bit high so if on budget share the meals.
Excellent food, friendly and quick service. So many choices! Started with pretzel bites and fondue. The fondue was good and the pretzel bites were soft and fresh and huge (more like double bites . My wife and I shared the pineapple chicken and shrimp for the main course. More than enough food for both of us and super delicious. And finished off with cheesecake (of course! , Carmel Turtle Cheesecake, and Oh My Gosh!! It was heavenly! Highly recommend!
Food was good. Drinks were good. Cheesecake was good, server was nice. My only complaint is that they put us by the open door and it was so hot outside. I sweat the entire time. Ordered sirloin, one with asparagus one with spinach. Potatoes were great. Meal was very pricey.
Tried for dinner one night long wait for table, so went back next day for lunch instead. Did not disappoint. We had one each of the soup specials New England Clam Chowder and a Mexican Chicken and Vegetable Soup they were both fabulous. From the appetizer menu , my wife had the calamari and said it was the best she'd had in a long time. I had Southwest chicken sliders, of which there were four. Delicious and almost too much to finish. The cheesecake options all looked so good, but alas, the dessert will have to wait for another time.
A great place to eat due to their extremely comprehensive menu. The atmosphere is dark but pleasant and the service is very good. Disabled access is very good and tables are not too close together. Booth sizes are appropriate to suit larger people and the place is very comfortable. This place gets very packed at night so you need to book or be prepared to wait for a long time. If you're doing an ad hoc visit, lunchtime is recommended. It's not a good place for kids as there are limited options for distraction and the darkness and size of the restaurant would cause any children to quickly become a nuisance. Complimentary bread is provided and this is nice and well presented. The menu here is excellent and caters for most dietary requirements. Servings are quite large and food quality and taste is great. Be careful of how much you order as you'll need to leave room for dessert. The range of desserts, specifically cheesecakes, is very wide and they will also pack things for you to take home. Prices are very reasonable compared to other local offerings. Recommended.
