People were nice. Masks required, only 4 customers allowed inside at a time. Oreo ice cream was delicious

Great customer service and the vegan ice cream is soy but was delicious. Hubby had the Oreo N cream and I had a special made. Both was delicious but loved the cookies N Cream the best especially with the chocolate cereal on top for a great crunch

The cookies 'n Cream roll included non-vegan ingredients such as whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and a Pocky stick. When the employee asked if I was okay with all the toppings, it was evident they did not realize the standard recipe was not vegan. I requested to skip the Pocky stick because I knew it wasn't vegan, and I was unsure about the chocolate syrup. They did not include whipped cream, so I assumed it was already mixed in and therefore vegan. Additionally, they added Cocoa Krispies Müsli, which was not listed in the online ingredients but was shown in the photo. My partner chose the Cold Brew coffee roll, also marked as a vegan option, despite the non-vegan condensed milk and chocolate chips. The ice cream itself tasted good, but I found the menu to be misleading and the overall experience to be confusing. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not choose to return to this restaurant.

The customer service at this restaurant is fantastic and the vegan ice cream made with soy was absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the Oreo and Cream flavor, while I tried the special of the day. Both were tasty, but we especially enjoyed the Cookies and Cream flavor, especially with the crunchy chocolate muesli on top.

This small rolled ice cream shop offers vegan options using soy milk. I tried rolled ice cream for the first time here and enjoyed it. While it may be a bit pricey, I believe it's worth trying, especially if you've never had rolled ice cream before or want to try a vegan version.
