Contribute FeedbackThis is your standard subway to dinner. However, the staff is either neutral (better than crappy customer service) or really sweet and friendly, typically the latter. For an unspoken reason, one of our employees always gives us two free cookies when we look at each other. We do not ask for them or are charged for them, but he does it every time without saying anything about it. It's very nice!! The only problem with this place is that there are some seeing people or homeless people walking around. They have set up a growing tent spanty city around the corner, and I usually don't even notice it. However, once I was ordered and a Shirtless Methy looking guy stormed in and filled his cup with orange soda without asking or paying. Poor staff tried to tell him something, but he shouted at her aggressively and rushed out immediately. I felt really bad for the staff because they were clearly embarrassed that this happened to the customers, plus the guy was a little scary. It seemed like something that happened regularly and there is not much that the staff can do what I suspect. This situation will probably resolve when the ever-growing assaulted city around the corner finally gets pice attention and they are forced to move a block down the street or something. I would still recommend going to this subway, especially if this cookie is Santa employee there.
The best underground.
