I ordered a six-inch club and asked to substitute one slice of ham for an extra slice of turkey, but the staff member declined, saying it would cost more. Having worked at Subway before, it was frustrating to see how this location operates.

Although the restaurant is small, it offers outdoor seating, and the interior is always clean, tidy, and well-stocked. The management deserves praise for hiring local students, who are friendly, attentive, and polite. As long as you can place a clear order, you'll get the sandwich you want. (I've observed some other customers and honestly, they're not the brightest. I'm just glad I only have to wait behind them in line!) The staff also go out of their way to remember and acknowledge regular customers.

When visiting in person, I’m often met with no greeting, and the staff can be quite unfriendly. I suggest trying Aina Haina instead, where the service is much warmer and the menu more enticing.
