Super nice and helpful team working Thursday night (1/13/22). I ordered something that I get all the time in California but was discontinued in Hawaii a long time ago, or we thought. Friendly and great coffee. I left my hat behind and they kindly kept it behind the counter until the next morning.
Decided to try a new location and it was a good choice! Best coffee I?ve had since arriving here. Staff was very friendly and service was quick
Fast and friendly service. Even though there was a line, it moved quickly. The staff was firing on all pistons and were efficient in their movements. Drinks and food is consistent with the other locations.
I like your coffee but please don't make me feel like you are doing me a favor by serving me. There are far too many choices, including Kai coffee right at the bottom of my hotel. I simply went there because you are familiar to me. Everything was wonderful as usual, but staff not so friendly.
