One chef managed to... read more This review is dedicated to the kitchen staff – they are impressively quick! During our short visit, there was never an empty pan in sight. One chef managed to prepare five dishes in just 3-5 minutes. We were told there would be an 8-minute wait for the black pepper chicken, but this cook had it ready in under 2 minutes! Watching him work is a sight to behold. It’s a busy spot, and the managers are right there alongside their team. I definitely plan to return. To PANDA EXPRESS (if you're reading this): Why can't the employees at the Rancho Cordova, CA location on Olsen Dr. be trained like this? It would be great if you could make that happen. As for parking, it is a bit limited, but being in Hawaii, I understand the challenges.
