They only have the hot style fried wings, which was disappointing since I was hoping for the regular variety. The staff's attitude varies quite a bit; some are very friendly and accommodating, while others may come off as a bit gruff. Overall, it meets the chain's usual standards. A tip: they don’t accept gift cards that are typically used on the mainland because they don’t have a reader for them. This is the case at all KFCs in Hawaii.

The chicken tasted days old, lacked any flavor, and the batter was dry. The inside was just as dry and resembled cardboard! How do they remain in business? Doesn't the management check the quality regularly, at least every couple of hours? Shouldn't they have freshly cooked chicken during dinner hours? Avoid this place at all costs! Consider this a warning: Do not eat here! Other reviews mention, "It's usually not busy," and now I understand why. (Bougainville location)

The staff were rude and told me they only had 8 pieces of chicken and 2 servings of mashed potatoes left, even though the restaurant was open for another 35 minutes. It felt like they had already closed early and weren't interested in good customer service. I definitely won’t be returning!

As soon as he ate the sandwich he felt nauseous started vomiting plus having diarrhea. My kids haven?thad any symptoms yet I really Hope they don?t they are only 4 and 7 months old. My husband is going through it right now wenever eat KFC.
