The best hard rock I was there. Very open, fast and friendly service and we heard a nice band that started at 9:00. Waitress recommended breakfast as it is slower and has live music. Just down there was the NY Steak. Just a bad cut. Very recommended! View all feedback.

I ordered the nebula butter from the menu, and I was really looking forward to it since it's my favorite dish at other restaurants. Unfortunately, I was let down because it was dry and overcooked. I did appreciate that our waiter kept my water full and checked on us frequently. Since it was a first date, I didn’t mention to the waiter how disappointed I was with my food because I didn’t want my date to think poorly o... View all feedback.
Solid place to spend New Year's Eve. Good vibe, good food, football on tv. Service was excellent and didn't feel rushed.
I 've eaten here many times before but this time it was a bit of a let down. The food was fine, delivered reasonably quick on a crowded Saturday evening. Had the Messi Burger and it was not nearly as big as they suggest in the menu photo. Nonetheless it tasted good--I 'd eat it again. One odd thing when we checked in, they told us 20 minute wait. So decided to go to bar. Got to bar, they asked if we were eating at bar. No, we 're waiting for a table. And so they just seated us immediately. Odd--but not complaining. The aesthetics are nicer than some other HRCs. The live acoustic music added to the rock ambiance. So, not great but worth a visit.
The ambiance was super nice. I think most people go because of the name tho. The food was just ok. The appetizers stole the show. The entrees were pretty bland. Our server killed the entire vibe for us. He had terrible customer service skills. He was unattentive, unresponsive, and rude. We had to ask for straws 4 different times. Finally another server had to get us some. But back to the food. The chicken wings and crispy shrimp appetizers were amazing. Full of flavor. I ordered the diablo burger and I wasn't impressed. They use monterey jack cheese which isn't a big hit with that type of burger. I would've preferred pepper jack. The jalapeños seemed old. The patty wasn't seasoned at all. The ribs were tender but the sauce lacked flavor. The fajitas weren't seasoned well but they were ok. The slides were super dry. Prob wouldn't return.
Had the reservation, checked in at the entry and was told to wait until we will be called by staff. We waited more than 20 minutes and no one came to us. We asked again when we will be seated and this time our table was ready. Not sure how long we were still waiting if we didn't ask by ourselves. Also I ordered a medium cooked burger but got more well done.
My friend who is a big fan of hard rock Cafe in Australia recommended this place to me. However, it was not the greatest experience. Our server was just okay. We had to mention in order to get things that we needed such as plates and ketchup. When we ordered steak, she did not even ask us how we want it to be cooked. As a result, it came as well-done... which we did not want. But, since I was starving, I did not complain. And the steamed greenbean was so blend. Mesh potato was cold. Baby back ribs was decent. The potato could be crispier. Overall, I think it can be better next time if server is more willing to keep an eye on us when serving.
