Contribute FeedbackThe Greek Marina restaurant offers a mix of reviews. Some customers found the food to be bland and disappointing, mentioning burnt lasagna, greasy lamb shank, and unimpressive appetizers. However, others raved about the delicious dishes, highlighting the perfectly seasoned Lamb Rack, Moussaka, Gyros Chicken, and more. The portions were noted as generous and the prices reasonable. The atmosphere was praised as well, with a cool marina setting and friendly staff. Despite some mixed opinions, the overall consensus seems to lean towards the positive, with many customers declaring it a must-visit for authentic Greek cuisine.
For the first time in the Greek marina and it was a good experience overall. The gyro chicken sandwich was quite bland, although it had some sauce on it. My wife had the gyro salad, which was quite large, but she wished there were some Greek olives on it. We also had the Spanakopita that was not worth it. 2 small pieces served with a middle salad? Should I? French fries. Shall we come back?
The food here is great. The homemade falafels are exceptional. The only problem was with a big order to go it took a long time and they missed a few no onion requests. But I go back every time I get to Oahu.
My Bf comes here after his beach sessions and loves it. So he took me here today and I must say this place is probably the best Greek restaurant on the island. They're so kind..idk what they're doing with the Mayo, but it's the best. So garlicky? That's all, it'll be back soon. Thanks for lunch
My gyro sandwich with frits was very delicious for not a high price. To get Spicy wasn't really an option, but that's okay. The marina atmosphere is also really cool. Check out if you're in the area that crosses through Hawaii Kai.
One word to describe this restaurant is BLAND!! The portion sizes are the only good thing about this restaurant. We had the Hummus, which was very bland and the pita tastes under baked. We also got the calamari appetizer. Barely fried and plain, the best thing on the plate was the garlic mayo. For entrees we got the Greek Lasagna and Lamb shank. The lasagna was really messy and burnt. There was no real care in how the layers were made, like the cheese was all to one side and there was barely any meat in between the pasta. And I like the edges a little crispy, but this was straight up burnt. The lamb shank was very tender but just because lamb is just a tender meat, the flavor was so plain and the sauce was very greasy and bland. Both came with the same trash pita bread and side salads which were fine, the vinaigrette was good. When she asked if we wanted a to go box i wanted to ask for a trash bag instead.
