I ordered the ahi poke lunch dish and was disappointed with the portion. The amount of rice and fish was small. It was also spicy, which I didn't expect based on the description. Service was good. After eating here I went to Whole Foods and bought a salmon teriyaki for the rest of my meal. View all feedback.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The sushi was fantastic, and I truly enjoyed myself. The atmosphere was private and tranquil, making it cozy and peaceful. Everything was delicious, and I highly recommend this place!
Update: I accidentally left my credit card behind, but the owner contacted me through Facebook to let me know. The sushi here is fantastic—definitely some of the best I’ve ever had. It’s beautifully presented and incredibly fresh!
Delicious! We really enjoyed the food from Ginza! Everything was fresh and flavorful, and it had the perfect amount of spice for our tastes. We almost had the spicy tuna hand rolls every day, even though they aren't in the picture! My son loved the chicken teriyaki as well!
During our visit to Honolulu, we decided to grab some sushi before heading to Dave and Buster's. The restaurant had great reviews, so we decided to check it out. It turned out to be amazing! The decor is very authentic and has a charming, family-style atmosphere that stands out from the more modern restaurants nearby—just the type of vibe we love. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner’s husband, and his recommendations were fantastic. He suggested we try the bluefin tuna nigiri. Oh my gosh, it was delicious! Honestly, it was the best sushi we've ever had! I'm so glad we discovered this place, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!
Ootoro was absolutely fantastic! It's a charming Japanese restaurant that's perfect for lunch. The service was exceptional!
