Food was excellent!! The service was fast. Order food from tablet. Prices by colour of the plate. Varied menu some sushi, some cooked. The food is delivered directly to your table on a trolley system. Very funny View all feedback.
What Esther Ko doesn't like about Genki Sushi Hawaii Incorporated:
Insane how people are willing to line up for this place. They had the worst sushi I have ever tasted in my life. The inside of the restaurant is dirty and run-down. If you’re looking for some decently priced and good quality sushi, go to the food court and get it for half the price of Genki. Also found out this place had a Hep-B outbreak in the past and I don’t know how they’re still open. Save yourself the time and... View all feedback.
One of my favorite places for sushi on the island. My only complaint is that the prices have been seriously hiked up. Our total has nearly doubled when we received the bill. Everything is always fresh and tastes yummy so it is worth the splurge here and there.
Place looks run down and was a little dirty. Train delivering food had crumbs and left over food on it. Ordered Volcano roll and got half the usual size. Didn’t even get greeted when entering.

Genki is always on my list when coming back home for a visit. Food is always good and service is friendly. Ambiance is on the casual side. All plates are color coded, price ranges anywhere from $2-$7. So it does add up if you're coming in with an appetite. Scan the QR code at the door to be added to the waitlist. You can place your order through the QR code provided on the receipt which is handed to you upon seating. Food is delivered right to your table on a train style conveyor belt. I've always had good experiences here so would recommend.
Joined the waitlist as a table for 1. Had to wait 30 minutes for everyone else in line, despite there being an open single counter spot. No explanation for how to order, except for a tiny sign posted at the top of the conveyer belt. Had to flag down a waiter to get an explanation. Call buttons were not working. Food came decently quick, was decent, but expensice. Atmosphere was pretty trashy with kids standing on the counter reaching into the conveyer.
