My grandchildr... read more One of the best dinner experiences all week for my family. Our waitress was personable and courteous and very efficient and did not miss a thing. My grandchildren all have some sort of of allergy and of course their mom is particular about the orders everywhere we go, sigh. But, the food all came out at the same time for 6 and was hot and fresh and exactly what we each wanted, not a single sigh or complaint amongst this hungry picky group. Me? pretty easy going on orders and far exceeded any expectation. Thank you Dennys for a great meal before an overnight flight to the mainland and stress free at a very nice new location also.

I ordered the chi... read more I was looking for a place with predictably decent food, reasonable non-resort pricing, and good service. I got exactly what I was looking for. I ordered the chicken fried chicken which tasted like it was freshly breaded. Very delicious. I was pleasedwith the speed and quality of the service. The server brought me a new glass of water just as I was taking my final sip from thefirst glass. Very attentive service. The only thing that made me sad about this location is that they weren't busier. I find itunfortunate that people get trapped into the high-priced fancy places along the beach, and don't seek out such affordableexcellence as Denny's. I mentioned this fact to the server, and he attributed it to the location, which is across the streetfrom the zoo, a couple blocks away from the beach, and at the very southern end of Waikiki. If you are looking for affordableexcellence for your dining while at Waikiki, I definately would recommend Denny's.

I ordered the... read more I enjoyed breakfast at Denny's three times during my week-long stay in Waikiki. Denny's is known for its reasonable prices and consistent quality. I ordered the same omelet meal with a biscuit and a side of gravy. It was excellent one day, but just okay on the other two. I’ve included photos of two of the breakfasts for comparison. Despite this, I would definitely return, as Denny's has a shorter wait time compared to some other local breakfast spots.
