Baskin-robbins - Honolulu

Great ice cream and fantastic service. The staff is very friendly and helpful with providing samples of the various flavors of ice creams. This Baskin-Robbins is in a great location next to multiple different restaurants and the Navy Exchange store. Overall, great experience and highly recommended for everyone who loves ice cream.

If it hits 10pm when your in the shop and they didn't get to you they will kick you out, no empathy for customers at all. Terrible management letting a line build up outside and have people wait for nothing as well.

I ordered a custom cake from the store for my son's birthday a week ago, simple enough: chocolate cake w/vanilla ice cream. On the day of his birthday after singing happy birthday and cutting the cake we encountered that it was not what we have ordered. I took the cake w/ deco pack back to the store for a refund. They refused to give a refund and told me the only option was to take a cake from the cooler or a certificate. I wasn't happy with either option all I wanted was the money back. I had to take the certificate because otherwise I would had lost the money paid for a cake I didn't get and that ruined a boys birthday. Very disappointed by the customer service at this store. Have to give a star in order to share our experience, wouldn't otherwise.

This place is super busy on the 31st of each month! The staff are kind and pretty efficient that the line moves quickly. There's lots of parking and my children like to go here after eating dinner at one of the nearby eateries because it's convenient. I like that there's indoor and outdoor seating available to relax and enjoy your items. Maybe next time I'll remember to take a photo.

Wanted something super sweet and ice creamy and cold one night. Didn't want to go in and wait forever for them to make my blended mocha blast so I called it in and they made it! Took my doggo with me to pick it up and they gave her a pupcup!!
